This privacy policy describes how Next Bee Corporation ("NextBee") collects and uses the personal information you provide on our Web site: NextBee.com and its subdomains as well as the data collected from NextBee's software solution. Please note that for data collected through NextBee solution, NextBee is acting as a data processor and service provider, collecting the data on behalf of our business clients ("Clients").

NextBee has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s Program Requirements and the TRUSTed Cloud Program Requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. TRUSTe's mission, as an independent third party, is to accelerate online trust among consumers and organizations globally through its leading privacy trustmark and innovative trust solutions. The TRUSTe certification covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website www.nextbee.com, www.nextbeemedia.com and our service Next Bee platform. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Next Bee Corporation.

NextBee complies with the U.S. – E.U. Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from European Union member countries. NextBee has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. NextBee will only use your personal information provided to us according to the terms outlined in this document and we will never provide personally identifiable information about you to third parties without your consent or unless we are required to do so by law.

Collection of Personal Information

NextBee collects the following personal information from you when you visit our site and request a demo (name, email address and phone number).

NextBee collects detailed business information such as address, company name, contact information, and account login details from the Clients who sign up to use our application.

In addition NextBee provides the technology for customer engagement campaigns for customers of our Clients. To successfully participate in such campaigns, your contact information (such as name, email, Open ID and OAuth authorization tokens and profile data from 3rd parties such as Facebook, Twitter, Hotmail, Google, and Yahoo), mailing address, phone number, account profiles on Client’s websites (that might include information such as account id, gender, organization details, birthday, product usage, and order history) is collected. But we never collect any payment information such as credit cards data. To fulfill cash rewards on behalf of our client, we collect PayPal account id from you. You can always notify our Clients if you want refuse to supply personal information, with the caveat that it may prevent you from engaging in the campaign.

We also collect personal information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and referral path information from all website visitors. We use this information to provide customer service or sales support and also analyze visitor behavior on our website.

Use of Personal Information

The information you share with us through our website or our solution that is hosted on our Clients’ websites, is strictly used to create a personal account for you, provide you with functionality such as define and customize offers, messages, and track the activity on either our website or on our Clients’ websites. With our refer-a-friend campaigns, we also log actions taken by your friends if they choose to follow the promotional campaign links shared by you. We use this information to personalize your website experience and offer you incentives based on the campaign rules set by our Clients.

Sharing of Information

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as hosting companies.  These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. We may also disclose your personal information

  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request,

  • To any other third party only with your prior consent to do so.

Non Personal Tracking Information

Like most websites, NextBee collects non-personal information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring/exit pages, and the date and time of each visitor request, browser type, and operating system. NextBee’s purpose in collecting non-personal information is to better understand how NextBee’s visitors use its website. From time to time, NextBee may release non-personal information in the aggregate, for example, by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its service.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do link the information we store in cookies to your personal account we maintain in our system.

Third Party Cookies

The use of cookies by third parties is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies.

Other Third Party Tracking

Technologies such as: beacons, tags and scripts are used by NextBee or affiliates, or analytics or service providers [e.g. Google Analytics, TenderApp, ZenDesk]. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

Analytics/Log Files

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We use HTML5 to store content information and preferences. Third Parties, with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity, use HTML5 to collect and store information.

Refer A Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. NextBee does store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at privacy@nextbee.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

Single Sign On

You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as an Open ID provider or our proprietary implementation based on SAML protocol. We will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address.  Such services also give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network. 

Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the share button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) on NextBee Website we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you register for any of the NextBee programs and applications, you may receive promotional communications on behalf of our Client. You can opt out of these by unsubscribing through the unsubscribe link in the emails.

Information Related to Data Collected through NextBee Solution

NextBee collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. NextBee works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected.

We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.

NextBee may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients

Generally, NextBee has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the NextBee’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests NextBee to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days. In rare instances with a limited number of legacy clients that use the NextBee Solution, NextBee actually is the data controller. In these rare instances, if you seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, and you are unable to resolve your access request, please contact NextBee at privacy@nextbee.com.

NextBee will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. NextBee will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Opting out and Updating of Personal information

NextBee permits its visitors to freely update, correct, or delete any personal information maintained by NextBee. To do so, visitors need only look for the links and other tools available on NextBee’s website or contact NextBee at privacy@nextbee.com. Visitors who no longer wish to receive materials distributed pursuant to a NextBee mailing list should notify NextBee by the same means.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us as described below.  We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you would like the information we hold about you deleted, please contact us as described below. We will respond to your request within 30 business days, and delete your data within 60 business days.

Further, your NextBee account (including feedback) and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another third party.

Restricted Activities

Your use of the NextBee service to participate in certain NextBee campaigns shall not: (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of illegal services or items; (c) violate any laws.

Fraud

Without limiting any other remedies, NextBee may suspend or terminate your account if it suspects that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the NextBee service.

License

Solely to enable NextBee to use the information you supply us with, so that we are not violating any rights you might have in that information, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in your information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to your information. NextBee will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective.
